Above all, fairness is a fundamental principal of justice. Lowell has earned a reputation as fair-minded and is often selected to act as an arbitrator in auto injury cases. With decades of experience as a trial lawyer for both the defense and the plaintiff side, other lawyers often select Lowell as the arbitrator of their client’s disputes, saving both time and money.

MEDIATOR

Lowell has been participating in mediations for both plaintiffs and defendants for over 20 years. Lowell has a passion for bringing people together, so it was only natural for him to become a mediator. Lowell is constantly adding to his “mediator’s toolbox” and most recently participated in a “Mediation Intensive” Executive Education Course at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. Lowell’s combination of experience and education has made him a compassionate and effective mediator. Lowell’s “super power” is helping parties reach a fair resolution in a wide range of disputes.
